When do you ship?

All orders placed Friday - Monday by 4:00pm will ship on Wednesdays* and all orders placed Tuesday - Thursday by 4:00pm will ship on Saturdays*.

*If a tea ordered is out of stock you will be contacted and given the option to receive a refund or wait until the tea arrives to have the order shipped complete.  Most teas arrive within a week.  No partial orders will be shipped.

What are your shipping charges?

$0.01 -29.99 =  $4.99, $30.00 - 39.95 = $5.75, $39.96 - 54.95 = $6.50, 54.96 - 89.95 = $7.75, $89.96 - 99.99 = $8.95, $100 - $125 = $9.99 - For orders over $100 please call (770) 429-3220, so proper shipping and insurance rates can be applied.

Is there somewhere I can pick up my tea?

We carry a few of our teas and some products at One of a Kind, but you can call (770) 429-3220 or email info@teaandtraditions.com to order anything on our website for pick-up on Wednesdays at the store. Order must be received by Monday prior to that Wednesday's pick up at 4:00 p.m.  A nominal 10% pick up fee will be added to your order, which in most cases is less than shipping. Your sales receipt from Tea & Traditions will reflect the price of your tea order and pick-up fee and One of a Kind will add sales tax at time of purchase.

Are these the same teas that were sold at Tea & Traditions on Whitlock Avenue?

Yes, we purchase the same tea from the same vendors.

Did you work at the Tea & Traditions store?

No, I did not have the pleasure of working there, although I was a customer and enjoyed Melissa's class "how to host a tea party" very much. She inpsired my love of tea and all things tea.

Where is your new store located?

We do not have a retail storefront, but sell tea and tea products online.

What if I have a favorite tea I used to buy at the Tea & Traditions store on Whitlock Avenue, but I do not see it on your website?

Email or call us and if you are willing to buy the vendor’s minimum order we will order it for you. Some vendors have a one or two pound minimum. One pound of tea is approximately 200 servings. If you have a friend that likes the same tea you could purchase it together.

Can I have my tea shipped via regular mail?

At this time we are only set up to ship via USPS Priority Mail service.

Do you host parties?

We do not have a facility to host parties, but we will be glad to assist you in planning yours. From “what to serve and where to buy food easily and inexpensively” to “how to make and serve the tea for a large group.” Call us and we will be glad to help with your party in any way we can.

Do you offer the discount previously available on 8 ounces or 1 pound of the same tea?

Yes, we do and it is 10% off.
